Trainee Program

Our Trainee Program is held every two years and lasts 18 months. It offers a full-time, on-site experience with deep immersion in our business and operational challenges. Participants develop transformative projects across multiple areas and business segments.

Integration and Rotation

At the start, trainees will go through a robust integration phase to immerse themselves in our culture, strengthen skills, and build a solid knowledge base about Eneva. They will be introduced to strategic areas, the business model, and key organizational challenges. Next, the rotation period will allow them to experience different sectors, gaining a broad view of the company’s operations and building an essential internal network for their professional journey.

Technical and Behavioral Training

Throughout the program, trainees will participate in training sessions focused on developing technical and behavioral skills. These include project management, agile methodologies, and data analysis, as well as workshops on leadership, emotional intelligence, and assertive communication. The journey also includes individual mentoring and continuous feedback to prepare trainees for strategic challenges and future opportunities within the company.

Immersion and Strategic Project

In this stage, trainees will enter an immersion period in a specific area designated by the company, deepening their knowledge and actively participating in sector activities. During this phase, each trainee will lead a project of strategic relevance to the company, developing an innovative solution for a real business challenge. This project will be supported by mentors and, at the end, presented to an evaluation committee, consolidating the trainee’s analytical, strategic, and execution capabilities.

Operations Trainee
As an Operations Trainee, you will play a key role in the safe and efficient operation of our facilities, equipment, and processes, ensuring the production, transportation, and processing of gas and energy. With a focus on maintenance, structural integrity, and technological innovation, you will have the opportunity to tackle real challenges and transform the sector.
Business Trainee
As a Business Trainee, you will work on the sale and negotiation of natural gas and energy, analyzing the market, defining pricing strategies, and managing logistics and supply contracts. With a focus on competitiveness and profitability, you will be part of a team that drives the sector and connects energy to the future.
E&P Trainee: Exploration and Production
As an E&P Trainee, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and operating oil and gas reserves, working from geological and geophysical research to well drilling and hydrocarbon extraction. With a focus on optimization and innovation, you will join a team that transforms natural resources into energy for Brazil.
