​​​​​​​​​​​The start-up of power generation plants is conditioned to compliance with the legal requirements of the environmental licensing process that  is completed when an Operation License is granted.

The thermal plants of the Parnaíba Complex, Itaqui and Pecém II, besides the solar plant Tauá, have all received the license, en​suring ​the viability of the operations.
